Three price lists, logged cap by cap
BetterSocials, LinkDM and CreatorFlow all turn a keyword comment into a DM with your link. They meter that work in different ways, so we logged them the way we log pricing changes: plan by plan, cap by cap. A DM cap is the number of automated DMs a plan sends in a month before it stops.

LinkDM is cheaper at the entry level, and so is CreatorFlow. What the higher BetterSocials price buys is unlimited DMs, AI replies in your voice and four more platforms.
What LinkDM and CreatorFlow charge before the cap
LinkDM's free plan sends 1,000 DMs a month. Pro lists at $19 for up to three Instagram accounts and 25,000 DMs a month. Platinum+ is LinkDM's top listed plan, at $99.
CreatorFlow's free plan sends 500 DMs a month on one Instagram account. Pro is $15 a month, or $12 billed yearly, for 5,000 DMs and two accounts. Growth is $30 a month, or $24 billed yearly, for 10,000 DMs, five accounts and five team seats.
CreatorFlow prices flat, with no per-contact fees, so the DM cap is the number to watch. Its paid plans start with a 14-day free trial, and a payment method is required to start it.
BetterSocials at three accounts and at twelve
BetterSocials Creator is $29 a month, or $24 billed yearly, for four social accounts and one login. At three Instagram accounts, LinkDM Pro is the cheapest of the three tools at $19. CreatorFlow needs Growth for a third account, at $30 a month or $24 billed yearly.
Billed yearly, CreatorFlow Growth and BetterSocials Creator come out the same: $24 x 12 = $288 a year. Month to month, Creator is $29 against Growth's $30. Growth caps you at 10,000 DMs, and Creator has no DM cap.
At twelve accounts, BetterSocials Team is $99 a month, or $79 billed yearly, for 12 accounts, unlimited teammates and 4,000 shared AI credits a month. LinkDM's Platinum+ also lists at $99. CreatorFlow's largest listed plan, Growth, stops at five accounts.
BetterSocials meters only the AI writing, with 1,000 AI credits a month on Creator. When the credits run out, the AI pauses instead of charging more. Contacts, DMs and keyword automations stay unlimited on every plan.
Where each tool can send the link
LinkDM covers Instagram and Facebook, and CreatorFlow covers Instagram only. BetterSocials covers six platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Threads and LinkedIn Company Pages. On Instagram and Facebook, a keyword comment in BetterSocials sends the person a DM with your link.
On TikTok, YouTube, Threads and LinkedIn Company Pages, the keyword posts a public reply with your link instead. TikTok and YouTube don't let any tool turn a comment into a private DM, apart from TikTok's limited rollout in Vietnam, Thailand and Indonesia.
BetterSocials also posts and schedules to all six platforms from one place. TikTok DMs arrive in its inbox and can be answered, but TikTok only allows replies, for 48 hours after the person's last message.
Who writes the reply, a template or the AI
LinkDM sends keyword and template replies, with no AI replies, and CreatorFlow sends template replies. BetterSocials drafts replies to comments and DMs in your voice, from a voice profile built from your past replies. It also follows AI rules, which are plain sentences you write, such as your hours or "send people to the booking link".
BetterSocials splits AI replies into Comments and DMs, and each has three settings: Off, Draft for me and Reply in my voice. Draft for me writes a draft the moment a comment or DM arrives, and nothing posts until you approve it. Reply in my voice answers everyday comments 1 to 5 minutes later, and a DM gets an answer about a minute after it arrives.
Questions wait in Needs reply for your approval unless you turn on Answer questions too. That switch only turns on once you've written at least one AI rule, so the AI answers from your facts. Each AI reply or draft uses 1 AI credit, and AI DM replies cover Instagram, Facebook and TikTok DMs, with TikTok only for accounts outside the UK and Europe.
The $0 routes to Instagram comment-to-DM in 2026
Meta Business Suite includes a free comment-to-message automation for Instagram and Facebook, as of July 2026. It sends a template you write, it's set up on desktop, and it waits 15 minutes before sending unless you reply first. If one fixed message is the whole job, that costs nothing.
LinkDM's free plan is the largest free allowance here, at 1,000 DMs a month. InstantDM's free plan sends 500 DM automations a month, as of October 2026, and CreatorFlow's sends 500 on one account. ManyChat's free plan covers 25 active contacts a month for accounts created on or after March 2, 2026, down from 1,000, as of September 2026.
An active contact is anyone your automation messages that month. ManyChat Essential is $14 a month billed yearly, or $17 month to month, for 250 contacts, as of September 2026. On ManyChat Pro at $39 month to month with 2,500 contacts, reaching 4,000 people costs $39 + 1,500 x $0.05 = $114.
